Koenji is a town of western suburb Tokyo where I ve been living when i was working in Japan.
And sometimes i just miss it!
The girl is practising "awa odori" which is a traditionnal japanese dance from shikoku i think. I really love both the costumes and the dancing style which is very lively.
Every year in august Koenji is holding the 2nd biggest awaodori festival in Japan.
